Access to up-to-date and specialized literature sources is an important element of the educational process in the fields of study offered by the Public Vocational College in Grudziądz. Students have access to library resources provided by the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Włocławek (PANS) and the Wiktor Kulerski Municipal Library in Grudziądz, whose extensive collections include scientific, popular science, and specialized literature.
The Municipal Library in Grudziądz is one of the most important cultural institutions in the city. Its history dates back to the beginning of the 20th century – construction of the current building began in 1911. The official opening of the Polish municipal library took place on May 20, 1946. Since 1996, the institution has been named after Wiktor Kulerski, an outstanding publisher and printer from Grudziądz.
The library has a rich and systematically developed collection of books, including:
- over 190,600 books,
- over 5,418 volumes of periodicals,
- 6,295 special collections (as of February 31, 2025)
The resources include:
- scientific and popular science literature,
- fiction for young people and adults,
- publications in foreign languages (German, English, French, Russian),
- school reading material,
- regional and specialist publications.
The collections are available through the MAK+ electronic catalog, and in the Main Reading Room also through the Data Trek system and traditional catalogs: alphabetical, subject, and thematic.
Facilities for readers - the Main Library provides:
- access to the electronic catalog,
- the ability to order books from the warehouse,
- a modern, upgraded reading space,
- a book delivery service for people with disabilities (once a month)
Opening hours of the Main Rental Office:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Access to e-resources
Students also have access to modern digital resources:
- Legimi – a platform offering over 63,000 e-books (popular literature, crime novels, fantasy, contemporary fiction). Access is available after obtaining a code from the Municipal Library.
- IBUK Libra (Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN) – a virtual reading room providing round-the-clock access to over 2,400 scientific publications, textbooks, dictionaries, and non-fiction literature.
- Academica – a system providing free access to full-text publications from the National Library's collections (monographs, textbooks, articles, journals). Access is provided via a special terminal in the Main Reading Room.

The library resources available to students of the Public Vocational College in Grudziądz provide access to the literature necessary to complete the study program, including academic textbooks, scientific monographs, trade journals, and specialist publications.
A wide range of traditional and electronic collections enables students to:
