Social scholarship for the 2025/2026 academic year
– A social scholarship is awarded to students in difficult financial circumstances, upon their request.
– Students must provide documentation of their difficult financial circumstances.
– Students whose net income per family member does not exceed PLN 1,908.90 per month are eligible to apply for a social scholarship in the 2025/2026 academic year.
– Students applying for a social scholarship must submit an APPLICATION
List of documents required when applying for a social scholarship
1. Certificates from the Tax Office (US) confirming the income earned in the previous calendar year by family members whose income is subject to personal income tax on general terms.
2. Certificates from the Tax Office on flat-rate income tax for the previous calendar year for family members who settle their taxes in the form of a lump sum/tax card.
3. Statements from family members regarding the amount of other income not subject to income tax earned in the previous calendar year. (downloadable file – Appendix 7)
4. Certificate from the competent municipal authority on the size of the farm in the previous calendar year.
5. Photocopy of the payment order.
6. Certificates of siblings in education.
7. Applicant's statement.
8. Applicant's statement that they do not share a household with any of their parents, legal guardians, or actual guardians – applies to students who are applying for a scholarship without providing proof of family income.

10. Statement on the family and financial situation of a student who is a citizen of Ukraine.
11. Certificates containing information on the amount of health insurance contributions in the calendar year preceding the year in which the student submits the application (certificate from the Social Insurance Institution or pension fund - pension institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), applies to family members or students who in the previous year earned income shown in the certificate from the Tax Office subject to personal income tax on general terms.
